All Pro features, plus:

  • Deployment in the Client’s own cloud: data never leaves the company perimeter
  • Infrastructure and AI models contracted directly by the Client with the providers
  • Tender Brain applies only a 5% fee on token cost
  • Annual prepayment only (€3,588/user/year)

The fee is lower because infrastructure and AI consumption are covered by the Client.

Security and data

Data and infrastructure entirely within the European Union (Scaleway or Google data centers)
Uploaded documents are never used to train the models
Tender Brain never accesses your data; support only on request and with explicit consent

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I exceed the included AI plafond?
Excess tokens are billed at the end of the month at the provider’s list price plus 10%. Alternatively, you can purchase an additional plafond in advance, which never expires as long as the subscription is active.
Does unused plafond roll over?
No, it renews every month. However, it is shared among all team users within the same month.
Can I add users during the year?
Yes, at the same per-user rate, billed pro-rata until the contract expires.
What is the contract duration?
12 months, with automatic renewal unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Can I try Tender Brain?
With the Base package you have 15 days from activation to test the tool and withdraw with a full refund. A free demo with one of our experts is available for all packages.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro runs on dedicated infrastructure managed by Tender Brain. Business is deployed in the Client’s own cloud, who contracts infrastructure and AI models directly: that’s why the per-user fee is lower.
